I'm a licensed professional counselor, author, and speaker with a particular interest in the places where faith, relationships, emotional health, and our very human imperfections intersect.
Much of my work has grown from one central question: How do we become more deeply connected—to God, to ourselves, and to the people we love—even when life and relationships don't unfold the way we expected?
Through counseling, writing, and speaking, I explore that question with honesty, practical insight, and a belief in the grace that allows us to keep growing and becoming.

Not Meant to Be Alone: How to Find Peace and Connection as Imperfect Helpmeets in God's Perfect Plan
You can love God, love your spouse, and still sometimes wonder why marriage is so hard.
Not Meant to Be Alone is for faithful, imperfect people who entered marriage with love and hope—and discovered that two good people can still struggle with differences, disappointment, old wounds, mental health, unmet expectations, conflict, and seasons of disconnection.
Drawing from restored-gospel principles, relationship psychology, and the honest experiences of my own marriage, the book explores how our imperfections don't have to be evidence that something has gone wrong. With Christ at the center, even the difficult places in marriage can become opportunities for greater understanding, healing, growth, and connection.
The book is scheduled for release in February 2027 through Cedar Fort Publishing & Media.
I look forward to sharing more about the book and its journey to publication in the months ahead.
